Return Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Insuredtyexcelle provides event decoration and photo zone construction services. Cancellation policies are established in individual project agreements and may vary based on project type, timeline, and materials involved.

2. Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel service agreements subject to the terms specified in the individual project agreement. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to contact@insuredtyexcelle.world.

2.1 Cancellation Timeline

  • More than 14 days before event: Full refund minus any non-refundable costs (materials already procured, consultation fees if applicable)
  • 7-14 days before event: Partial refund, typically 50% of service fee, minus non-refundable costs
  • Less than 7 days before event: No refund, as materials and labor have been committed

3. Cancellation by Studio

We reserve the right to cancel service agreements in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Force majeure events preventing service delivery
  • Venue access issues beyond our control
  • Client breach of agreement terms

In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus any non-refundable costs already incurred.

4. Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Material Returns

Materials procured specifically for a project are generally non-refundable once ordered, as they are custom-selected for the project. However, unused materials may be returned subject to supplier return policies and restocking fees.

Materials that have been installed or customized cannot be returned. Portable props and equipment may be subject to return policies specified in the project agreement.

6. Consultation Fees

Design consultation fees are generally non-refundable once consultation services have been provided. If consultation is cancelled before services are rendered, fees may be refunded subject to administrative costs.

7. Service Modifications

Clients may request modifications to service scope, timeline, or specifications. Modification requests are subject to feasibility assessment and may result in additional costs or timeline adjustments. Modification policies are detailed in individual project agreements.

8. Installation Issues

If installation issues arise that prevent proper service delivery, we will work to resolve the issues. If resolution is not possible, refund policies will apply based on the extent of services already rendered.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes regarding cancellations or refunds should be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing law specified in our Terms of Service.

10. Project-Specific Terms

Individual project agreements may include specific cancellation and refund terms that differ from this general policy. In such cases, the terms specified in the project agreement take precedence.

11. Partial Service Completion

If services are partially completed before cancellation, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and materials used. We will provide a detailed breakdown of costs and refund amounts.

Completed work and installed materials are generally non-refundable, as they represent delivered value. Unused materials may be eligible for return subject to supplier policies.

12. Emergency Cancellations

In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances preventing event execution, we will work with clients to find reasonable solutions. Each situation is evaluated individually, and we strive to be fair and accommodating.

Documentation of the emergency situation may be required for special consideration of cancellation terms.

13. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method used and banking institution policies.

You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately.

14. Dispute Resolution for Returns

If you disagree with a refund decision or amount, please contact us to discuss the matter. We are committed to fair resolution of disputes and will review each case carefully.

Documentation of the service agreement, cancellation request, and any relevant communications will assist in resolving disputes efficiently.
